Don’t you think superintendents salaries should be comparable in a chart with teachers? Say a percentage no more than the highest teacher's salary?

Teachers have pay scales, why not a superintendent? Why not let the teachers or the district taxpayers approve their scale like the superintendent and school board approve the teachers contract? These salaries are so out of line. Look at the salaries our teachers make, it is absolutely embarrassing to pay a teacher $30,000-$50,000 (in most cases), and pay a superintendent $160,000-plus. Teachers are teaching the future of our world. Superintendent salaries are way out of line.
