I was wondering: There is never enough help putting flags up at the cemeteries and taking them down for Memorial Day.

Why can't someone go to the schools in the area and get volunteers from seventh or eighth grade students. Don't they need so much volunteer work to get there eight grade diploma? Seems to me some teachers could help arrange to get there students to help. All you would need is a few people that can read a map and students to put the flags on the graves and return on Tuesday to take them down.

The few men that have been doing this for years are getting older and can't do it without the help of young people. It would be a shame not to have these flags on the graves and this will happen if our youth don't help.

This is just a thought. Thank you for letting me vent.
