The front page headline of the April 22, 2019 edition of your newspaper was tasteless and insensitive. Such sensationalism is hurtful to the family of the victim, as well as those who knew and loved her, and the greater community at large. Furthermore, ir perpetuates the already tarnished image of the media, newspaper journalism in particular.

We ask what has happened to our society? The sort of publishing that the Daily Journal displayed plays no small part in the answer to that question.
