It all started in 1967 with a group of people contesting the then-impending demolition of the Old Iroquois County Courthouse, which was almost 100 years old.

Almost 50 years later, Watseka's historical cornerstone is becoming digital history.

The soon-to-be 150-year-old courthouse building still stands — now as a museum — and the Iroquois County Historical Society is archiving its own history through an upcoming DVD produced by Center Street Productions in Watseka.
