Yoga Kids provides a fun and engaging experience for children ages 4+. Set to music, we use traditional yoga poses, along with the help of fun books, props, crafts and games to engage your child's imagination while enhancing fine and gross motor skills, balance, and core strength. Helps redirect scattered energy and regain focus. Yoga mats are provided.
Spring Session 2: Saturdays, 5/15 - 6/5. 12-12:45pm. Registration ends May 10.
