Yoga can be intimidating for those who have never started or for those who might have physical limitations, but did you know that you don't have to be flexible or do a handstand to DO yoga? Align Light Yoga teachers are here to help make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of ability or condition.
Learn in a safe, supportive atmosphere. Move at your own pace and safely explore your limits, while building a strong foundation of strength and flexibility. Release tension and stress in the body, all while building confidence in your yoga practice!
You will learn the importance of pranayama, or breath work; the basics of meditation; and a breakdown of alignment on seated, standing, balancing, and restorative poses! Discussion is encouraged and welcome throughout the class.
