The Recipe Exchange

This site contains over 2,000 recipes prepared for the 2002-2007 editions of The Daily Journal's Cookbook Contest, an annual compilation of recipes from hometown cooks in the Kankakee region.

There are profiles of some of the cooks who contributed their recipes, video demonstrations and a special feature for children, Kids in the Kitchen. We hope you enjoy this site. Happy cooking!
