Pothole Map - Add a pot hole

Use the controls in the upper left hand corner of the map to move and zoom.
To get more information about a pothole click on a red marker.

Add a Pothole

To add a pothole...

1. Enter an address in the form below the map.
2. Hit "Find Address" and we will attempt to determine the approximate pothole location on the map.
3. Once the location is determined drag the red marker on the map to the exact location of the pothole.
   (If the address is not found you can simply drag the red marker to the location of the pothole)
4. Enter your name and a brief description of the pothole in the form below.
5. Click "Submit this pothole"
