Jeff here. I am busy crunching numbers for a very important project, the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
Today, I am letting Smokey, my cat, fill in with his “Smokey the Weather Cat’s Facts and Forecast”, which he posts on his Facebook page (Cat Bonty) Monday through Friday.
