Four different People magazine issues. Don’t forget the Star magazine cover story on Katie Holmes leaving Tom Cruise. They are celebrating their third wedding anniversary, according to people.com.

Then there was the Paul Deen’s Christmas magazine, featuring Deen with her sons. I have been told this is a hot seller.

I’ve got a problem with Paula on the cover. Her teeth are too white. Me thinks someone touched it up a wee bit too much.

Ms. Deen has a great personality, but …

Then there was another magazine cover with actress Amanda Peet gracing the cover. Her teeth looked too white. What is it with touching up photos?

Forgot that. I turn to my left and there are small bags of M&M’s, two for $1. Wow. Stay away from the strawberry flavored ones. I’ve tried them, yuck.

Just to the left of that and up two shelves was a small milk carton of cheddar cheese fishes. Clever packaging.

Candy, magazines, road atlases, beef jerky and even carbonated beverages. All yelling out for me.
