CHICAGO (AP) — Wealthy concrete company owner Marty Ozinga says he isn’t interested in spending lots of his own money to win a seat in Congress. The Republican hopeful says he doesn’t believe in being a self-funder. He says he’s counting on robust financial support from the community to fuel his bid to replace exiting Congressman Jerry Weller.
